Absolutely. You can specify layout preferences or include custom text during image submission. We’ll confirm any special requests before production.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Each remembrance is made to order and personalized for clients.
However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll prioritize your replacement immediately.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made. We recommend confirming all details before submitting the image.
